We are located in Residencial Los Laureles, in-front of CNA (Centro de Neumologia y Alergia)

San pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras

Can I try my clothes in-store?

Yes, we have a fitting room in our store where you can try-on your clothes.

What are your hours and days of operation?

We work from Monday - Saturday from 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Do you offer discounts?

We sometimes offer promotional discounts and seasonal sales. You can check for new promotions on our instagram profile @scrubsupply504

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We ship our orders nationwide: San Pedro Sula HNL 70.00, Bay Islands HNL 250.00 shipments are made through CM Airlines, and the rest of the country HNL 100.00 shipments are made through CAEX.

Scrub Supply is not responsible for late shipments or lost packages once the product is in the hands of the shipping company.

Scrub Supply will always try to work with its customers in the event of any such inconvenience.

How long will it take for my package to arrive to its final destination?

Once the order is processed and paid, it will take 2-5 business days to reach its destination.

When do you usually ship your orders?

Shipments are made on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It will take approximately 2-5 to reach its destination.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship our products in Honduras.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash (in-store only), ACH Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard through our website and in-store), American Express (in-store only)

Returns and Exchanges

How many days do I have to make returns or exchanges?

A period of up to 15 days will be provided to make exchanges. The garment must be with its respective labels and without stains, just as it was delivered.

In order for us to accept the garment, you must present the invoice (printed or digital) at the time of making the exchange.

Changes of garments with stains and without labels will NOT be accepted. The item for which you would exchange must be for a product of equal or greater value.

I live outside San Pedro Sula, can I still exchange my item?

If you wish to make an exchange and you reside outside of San Pedro Sula, the cost of shipping will be covered by you (the customer), not Scrub Supply.
